Executive Function Coaching
Executive Function Coaching Package
12-Session Coaching Program for Students
Hi there,
If you’re here, it likely means you’re looking for meaningful, customized support with executive function challenges—and you’ve been following my work or were referred by someone who trusts what I do.
You won’t find a big sales pitch here. Instead, I’ll briefly share:
Why I’m offering this
What’s included in the 12-session package
What outcomes to expect
How to move forward
-
Over the years, I’ve seen how executive function challenges—like procrastination, missing assignments, and poor organization—can chip away at a student’s confidence and make school feel overwhelming.
I can help! With one-on-one support from someone who understands how the brain works, how habits are formed, and how to build momentum step by step, your student can learn the skills they need to succeed.
I love this work. I love getting texts like “I turned it in!” or “I actually studied this time!”
But more importantly, I love seeing students become more independent, more confident, and more in control of their lives.

Intake Fee: A non-refundable fee of $300 covering the creation of a 3 month plan of support, up to one hour of review of any assessment documents, and consultation with any other providers your student works with.
9 1 to 1 coaching sessions (45 each), scheduled weekly or biweekly
A kickoff call with student and parent to set shared goals and expectations
2 Family Team Meetings (45 - each). These are usually helpful after the third meeting to take care of any alignment issues on start-up, and then again somewhere after the 7th coaching session as a wrap up or next steps call.
Progress tracking tools and personalized coaching plans to meet academic and personal goals
Weekly feedback to parents (as appropriate), so everyone stays aligned
Ongoing support between sessions via email or text for quick check-ins or reminder
Investment: $2000 + 300 registration fee for a total of $2,300
(Payment plans available. Sessions must be used within 6 months of starting.)
-
By the end of our work together, if your student engages in coaching through the weekly coaching sessions, and you engage, as parents, through the Family Team Meeting process, it is likely your student will:
Feel more in control of their time and tasks
Have concrete tools to manage procrastination and overwhelm
Build confidence through small wins that add up
Learn strategies they can apply in school—and in life
Every session is customized to your student’s needs, energy level, and goals.
Please note, EF coaching is not an overnight fix and requires an investment of everyone’s time. To this end, we will need to hold a discovery session with both you and your student to ensure it is a right fit.
